Refund policy
All sales final
All products on our site are non-returnable. You may cancel your order for a refund if the item has not yet shipped BUT may incur a credit card processing fee up to 3%. If the items have already shipped, we won't be able to cancel the order and it will be considered a final sale. If you experience any defects, you're still covered by any applicable product warranties.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective items are handled through Warranty Service of the manufacturer and replaced (not refunded) if not able to be repaired.
