10 Year Mattress Warranty

Natura warrants your new mattress set to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1O years from the original date of purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Should this mattress set fail during the warranty period, Natura, at its option, will replace or repair the mattress or foundation at no charge other than transportation costs. Natura reserves the right to substitute materials or models of equal value and quality. Repair or replacement of the mattress does not extend the original warranty period.

To qualify for this warranty, the original purchaser must present proof of purchase for validation, and the law label and trade labels on the defective product must be intact. The mattress set must also be free of stains, soiling and tears so please use appropriate mattress protection.

Your Natura mattress has been designed to work with a firm, non-spring foundation platform or adjustable base. Use of other foundations or box springs will void your Natura warranty. You may be required to provide proof as to the quality of foundation you are using.

In the first several months you may notice the development of a body signature in the surface of your mattress. This is a normal occurrence and indicates that the cushion layers in the topper are conforming to the natural contours of your body.

Normal body signatures are not a suggestion of structural failure. On king size mattresses a slight ridge down the middle is common since this area is not generally used and padding layers aren’t compressed. Rotating your mattress head to foot every three to four months will minimize the appearance of body signatures. Natura is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising through the use of this product.

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal body signatures of 1½” deep or less
  • Comfort preference
  • Cover (fabric)
  • Stains or soil
  • Burns
  • The covers of floor models or models sold “as is”

* The mattress cover is warranted for one (1) year against structural defects in the material or workmanship. Loose threads, pilling, normal body contouring, and stretching of fabrics are considered cosmetic flaws and are not covered.

NO WARRANTY is extended to:

Damage resulting from negligence, misuse or accidents. Normal wool compression. Damage incurred as a result of the customer transporting the product.


All Natura mattresses are priced with white glove delivery included. If you want to meet the truck and save some money just let us know so we can price out a commercial delivery.

Eagle Has Landed

Hello Greg,

My sincere apologies, as I had written an email, including a clever Subject Line "The Eagle has Landed" but it never got sent.

Indeed, the King mattress duly arrived in another enormous truck from Canada. The driver was again gracious, unloading the mattress in to the awaiting pick up. He even offered a strap to hold it down, but as I was only driving a few blocks, I respectfully declined.

I cannot thank you enough, Greg, for your outstanding follow up and customer support. I can tell you truthfully, that I have never experienced such sincere care. Although we've had some unfortunately hick ups with delays, your communication and arrangements with myself and the factory made the experience tolerable if not even pleasant. I cannot forget your kindness in ordering the mattress protectors on my behalf, having them shipped to my address AND sharing my gripe with the factory who, thanks to you, offered a rebate to help defer the cost of us buying/transporting/returning substitute mattresses.

I hope this experience will not deter you from continuing your work. You are truly One-in-Ten-Million when it comes to customer care and hope that you will continue to be the awesome Customer Advocate that you are.
