Warranty Coverage Breakdown

• First 2 Years (Full Coverage): In-home electronic parts and labor coverage for defects in materials and workmanship.
• Years 3–10 (Frame Structure): Prorated limited warranty on the steel/metal frame structure only.
• 5-Year Mattress Warranty: Covers the foam mattress and cover against defects in materials and normal use (excluding body impressions under 1.5 inches, stains, normal wear, or comfort preferences).

What is Included

• Replacement of defective motors, electronics, and structural components.
• In-home technician labor and repairs during the initial 2-year window.
• Technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

What is NOT Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
• Tampering with or opening the control box, motors, or hand controls, which voids the electrical warranty.

• Transportation and inspection costs.
