Cover

The outlast ® material present in the fabric regulates temperature and creates a perfect microclimate throughout the night; the natural, silky viscose in the cover makes it luxurious and soft to the touch. The cover is removable and easily washable.

Padding

The memoform padding adapts perfectly to the body shape, giving a pleasant feeling of lightness and relaxation. The super soft fiber provides a feeling of extreme well-being increasing softness and comfort during sleep.

Comfort Level

The dual core system allows you to choose between two different comfort levels with a quick zip & flip. The super soft side features a layer of magnigel foam (1 ½”) on top of a layer of memoform (2"), offering a feeling of extreme comfort and coolness. The medium soft side features a layer in memoform (2”) offering an anatomical yet cozy support.

Padding

The central layers in Eliosoft (3”) and Elioform (3”) are designed to ensure two different and optimal types of back support. The former offers softer support, the latter firmer support.

With the Dual Core technology, both partners can choose the comfort that is right for each of them by simply unzipping the cover of the mattress and flipping the inner cores to select their favorite comfort level. The Dual Core technology is available in both Queen and King sizes.

Natural Viscose

Made from cellulose, viscose is a soft high-tech fiber with a silky texture, very pleasant to the touch. It has an excellent ability to dissipate moisture, encouraging breathability in mattresses and pillows.

OUTLAST®

OUTLAST® is a thermoregulatory fabric that was originally applied to the astronauts' space suits. Outlast® is a phase change material inside which there are millions of spheres made with a special wax that melts at a temperature of 36 degrees (97 F). As soon as the body temperature starts to grow, the technology goes into action, absorbing the excess heat. When the temperature starts to fall, the spheres inside the material start to consolidate and releases the accumulated heat. This allows the ideal temperature to remains constant and improve the quality of your sleep

Magnigel

Magnigel Foam is the evolution of the first-generation gel, created in Magniflex's labs after years of research and specific tests. It is the most breathable and flexible material on the market. Its high density makes it extraordinarily soft and comfortable, ensuring perfect support for the whole body. Magnigel Foam gives the mattress a feeling of freshness and softness, making you feel as though you are lying down on a cloud.

Memoform

Memoform is the most anatomical of all the materials we use in production and is designed to react to the weight of the body and to adapt perfectly to any type of build. This characteristic generates a pleasant feeling of ease and lightness while a person is asleep and helps the spine relax.

Super Soft Fiber

The Super Soft Fiber padding boasts exceptional qualities of softness and breathability. Its particular composition offers a feeling of exceptional well-being and improves the perception of comfort during sleep. This fiber guarantees a delicate and enveloping support to the whole body. As if it were being gently cuddled.

Magnifoam

This foam has a high-density micro-cellular structure. It offers optimal support, elasticity and breathability. Thanks to its different molecular composition, it is available in two versions: Magnifoam Eliosoft, which is softer, and Magnifoam Elioform, which is more rigid, to meet the need of every customer when it comes to quality of sleep.

WARRANTY POLICY COVERAGE

Magniflex Mattress

Magniflex is pleased to offer you a 20-year pro-rated limited warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials of our mattresses – other than fabric or handles if featured on the product – excluding the specific limitations set forth below. This limited warranty covers any visible indentation of one side of the mattress equal to or greater than one and one quarter inches (1 1⁄4”). If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement services, Magniflex may substitute materials of comparable quality. The mattress MUST be used at all times in conjunction with a rigid, firm, non-spring foundation, such as a slatted/grid top bed base, Magniflex foundation or similar hard surfaces, which guarantee adequate center support and aeration.

 

DO NOT USE A BOX SPRING FOUNDATION OR FOUNDATIONS WITH INADEQUATE CENTER SUPPORT, AS THEY ARE LIKELY TO CAUSE DEFECTS IN THE MATTRESS WHICH ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY.



Exclusions from Mattress Coverage:

Our mattress limited warranty shall NOT apply in the following circumstances: 

- Wear and tear of the Product due to normal use;
- If the Product is found to be unsanitary, dampened, burned, cut, stained and/or soiled; 
- If the Product is used without proper foundation and/or inadequate center support;
- Defects or damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unusual physical stress, alteration, improper operation, maintenance, handling of the Product; 
- If the Product has any damage to the outer fabric of the cover, including wear and tear;
- If the Product is used for commercial purposes (including, but not limited to, hotels, motels or institutional facilities), unless designed and built for commercial use; 
- If the Product was exposed to hot or cold temperatures, wet environments, inappropriate climate conditions, including but not limited to, rain and humidity; 
- Discoloration or other cosmetic changes; 
- If the Product was repaired by third parties not authorized by Magniflex; 
- Product failure caused by factors other than defective workmanship or material. 

In addition to the foregoing, this limited warranty on our mattresses shall not apply to: 

a) Body impressions, which are a normal occurrence in a sleep set and indicate that the upholstery layers are performing as they were designed to do by conforming to the body’s individual contours. Such compressions are natural and are not considered structural or design defects, and therefore are NOT covered under the warranty;
b) A normal increase in the softness of the foam which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress;
c) A decrease in thickness or volume up to 2” for mattresses with covers quilted in natural fiber, since natural fiber tends to flatten down with time and usage or as a result to vacuum packing the mattress before shipping;
d) Handles, if present in the product;
e) Indentation NOT greater than one and one quarter inches (1 1⁄4”);
f) Comfort preference;
g) Transportation and inspection costs;
h) Product purchased from unauthorized retailer or dealers;
i) If the original purchaser does not present proof of purchase which shows date, place and price of purchase of the Product;
j) Pillows and other products not listed in this warranty.

Pro-rated Mattress Warranty Schedule:
